Gondo is a fruit from Mexican region.  Though gondo fruits are very tasty, yet it is not known much outside its native region.

Descriprion:

It is a medium sized evergreen tree.  It is a heavy bearer.

Utilization:

Gondo fruits are very tasty.  These are eaten fresh.  Fruits are also used in preparation of jam and juices by local people.

Cultivation:

Gondo trees are very easy to cultivate.  These are multiplied from seeds.  The trees can be planted in full sun or partial shade.

Gondo trees do not take long in coning into bearing and start fruiting after thre years.
